How to order by Internet?
Step 1. Browse the categories on the left pane and click on each of the products you wish to purchase.
Step 2. When the product is displayed, select the desired option [Gauge / Length / Color / Size... ] and the quantity in the drop-down lists. Click on the "Add to Cart" button.
Step 3. Complete your selection until the minimum amount is reached. Go back to your shopping cart, select the shipping method and click on "Proceed to Checkout". You will be redirected to the Login page.
Step 4. Enter your login/password. If you are a new user, fill the "I am a new user" form and you will get an instant access.
Step 5. You are now logged in the customer zone where you can track the status of your order. After a routine verification, we will email you the online payment link. It will also be displayed in the 'Status' column shortly.
Step 6. Simply follow the link to our secured payment gateway to do the online payment.
Step 7. Products are shipped directly from our factory. You will receive your parcel within two to three weeks. If we don't have the product in stock, we will have to produce it and this generally adds few more weeks.
How to order from the printed catalogue?
Step 1. Browse the online version of the printed catalogue available here.
Step 2. For each item that you wish to purchase, please make sure you note the code, size (including gauge, length or diameter, ball size) and color. In some cases, the gauge and sizes are not needed but in case of doubt, more details is always better.
Step 3. Make your list in Excel, Word or plain text, and e-mail it to orders@ok-piercing.com. We will come back to you shortly with a quotation. As soon as you confirm the purchase, we will email you the link to the secured payment gateway. |
