How long does it take to receive my order?
It takes 2-3 weeks on average. Our huge stock enables us to process most orders in few days. Products are shipped directly from our factory. We sometimes have to produce items out of stock and this can add few weeks to the process.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made by major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover/Novus, JCB, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche) and Paypal.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, it is as safe as buying at your local department store. Do you add any tax or sales tax?
You will be billed the exact amount that appears during the checkout process. Nevertheless, please consider import duty and taxes in your country. Customs will use the invoice we send with DHL/UPS parcels to calculate these, if any. We recommend you to study duty and taxes that exist in your country. We are not liable for such fees nor any customs clearance delays or seizures at your end.
What materials do you use for the stones?
Our stones are made of Cubic Zirconia, Swarovski crystals and Stellux.
Can I pay upon delivery?

General Terms
We accept worldwide orders. The paiment can be made online using major credit cards and Paypal. Simply place an order and you will receive by email the link to our payment gateway.
It usually takes two to three weeks to receive your goods from the moment we receive your payment. The delivery time is around 5 to 8 business days after we ship it. Actual time may vary from country to country. If you don't receive the parcel after three weeks you should enquiry at your local Post Office since they usually keep parcels that could not be delivered the first time.
Please consider import duty and taxes in your country. There is no hidden fee on our side, you will be billed the exact amount that appears during the checkout process. Nevertheless, the value we declare with your parcel may be used by the customs in your country to calculate import taxes and value added taxes that you will have to pay. We are not liable for such fees nor any customs clearance delays or seizures at your end.

Refund terms
You must return goods within 14 days from the date you received them. They must be in their original sealed condition, still unused. For hygienical reasons, we cannot accept any used item. Please note that we will charge a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees for returning goods to us will be incurred by you. We recommend returning your items via a method that can either be tracked or provide proof of delivery. We will deduct transfer fees from the amount transferred back to you.
Defects return
